摘要
介绍了在外高桥发电厂1号机组(300MW)调试中进行的凝结水系统流量平衡试验,通过试验查明1台凝结水泵供水量不足、机组只能带负荷220~230MW的三个主要原因。经调整处理后,单台凝结水泵供水时已能满足机组满负荷及最大出力运行时所需的水量。调整后的凝结水系统基本达到设计指标,且与调整前相比,年节约电量可达33330MW·h。
During the commissioning test of 300 MW No.1 unit in Waigaoqiao Power Plant, it was found that the load of the unit was limited to only 220 ̄230 MW due to the inadequate condensate supply of one of two condensate pumps. Through a flowrate balancing test of the condensate system, 3 various causes of the insufficient condensate flow were revealed, and after the test and correction, the single pump supply has fulfilled the full load requirement of the condensate, and the design target of the condensate system can be reached.
