摘要 目的探讨抗CXCR 4单克隆抗体12G5对SCG7901细胞的增殖和调亡的影响。方法应用台盼蓝排染法检测12G5(10μg/ml)对细胞存活的影响,绘制细胞生长曲线;通过流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡率。结果①12G5(10μg/ml)孵育细胞后24h,实验组的细胞存活率为(85.22±1.0)%,对照组为(98.06±1.9)%,二者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);②比较细胞凋亡率,实验组为(9.30±0.58)%,对照组为(3.32±0.16)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论12G5能在一定程度上抑制SCG7901细胞的增殖与调亡。 Objective To observe changes of proliferation and apoptosiS of SCG7901 cells on the intervention of anti-CXCR4 monoclonal antibody 12G5.Melhods The effects of 12G5( 10μg/ml)on the proliferation and apoptosis was explored by trypanblau staining method and flow cytometry.To drew the growth curve of cells.Results ①After 12G5( 10μg/ml)incubated SCG7901 cells 24 hours, the cell survival rate in treated group was ( 85.22 ± 1.0 ) % and ( 98.06 ± 1.9 ) % in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). ②The cell apoptosis rate in treated group was(9.30 ± 0.58 ) % ,and (3.32 ± 0.16)in control group( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion 12G5 may inhibit proliferation and apoptosis of SCG7901 cells.
