摘要
目的探讨新生儿听力障碍的发生率及利用畸变耳声发射对新生儿进行听力筛查的适宜时机。方法利用美国GSI70全自动新生儿耳声发射筛查仪对1826例正常新生儿进行听力筛查,并随机抽样200例连续进行1-5d的跟踪筛查。结果1826例中有1815例经初筛或数次复筛通过,有7例最后经声导抗和ARB确定无听力障碍。出生后第2、3天通过率差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论新生儿听力筛查可及早发现听损伤并给予早期治疗,以利于婴幼儿语言发育,因此有必要积极开展听力筛查工作,其适宜时机为出生后3-5d。
Objective Exploring the risk of hearing impairment and the best time of hearing screening for newborn with distortion product otoaeoustie emissions.Methods The GS170 automatic otoaeoustie emission screening made in America was used for 1826 normal newborns to serecn the hearing, 200 eases were randomly chosen for tracking screening on 1 st day to 5th day. Results 1815 cases of the screening or sieve through several rehabilitation, seven eases last guided by the voice of resistance and ABR hearing impairment identified. Conclusion Hearing screening should be carried out vigorously and newborn hearing sereening through injury early detection is conducive to language development in infants.
