普米克、斯奇康联合治疗儿童哮喘的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of pulmicort combined with BCG-PSN in asthma.

目的观察普米克、斯奇康联合治疗儿童哮喘的临床疗效,评价其临床应用价值。方法对临床确诊为支气管哮喘患儿80例随机分为两组,治疗组50例,吸入普米克加肌肉注射斯奇康注射液;对照组30例,仅吸入普米克治疗,同时进行疗效观察。结果治疗组50例,显效32例,有效14例,无效4例,总有效率92%;对照组30例,显效12例,有效9例,无效9例,总有效率70%。结论普米克、斯奇康联合治疗哮喘疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of pulmicort combined with polysaccharide nucleic acid fraction of bacillus calmette guenn for injecdon（BCG-PSN） in the treatment of asthma and evaluate its clinical value.Methods 80 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into treatment groups（n= 50） and control group（n= 30）.The treatment group was treated with BDP inhalation combined with BCG-PSN intramuscular injection the control group only with BDP inhalation. Respuls inhalation combined with BCG-PSN intramuscular injection the control group only with pulmicort inhalation. Results In the treatment group, 32 cases were apparent effect, 14 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 92%. In the control group, 12 cases were apparent effect,9cases were effective,9 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 70%. Conclusion The curative effect of pulmicort combined with BCG-PSN in the treatment of asthma is significant,and is worth popularizing in clinic.
