摘要
黑龙江省朗乡林业局于2001年研究开发了数字林业系统.该系统的实施杜绝了木材的流失、挽回巨额损失,采取公开竞价策略,木材售价明显提高;减少了木材生产管理人员;降低了木材生产成本.从社会效益分析,透明了政务,社会风气好转;有郊控制了采伐限额;实现了木材的精准管理;加快了科技前进的步伐.
The digital forestry system was developed in 2001 by Langxiang forestry bureau in Heilongjiang provinee. The implementation of the system was benefieial for exterminating timbers＇running off, redeeming huge loss, timber priee growth by publie bidding, redueing the management staff in timber produetion, and lowering the produetion expenses. And soeial benefit analysis made the government affairs be transparent, soeial atmosphere be improved, eutting quota be effectively controlled, and finally realized timber＇s precise management and speeding up the steps for sciences and technology.
