乳腺腺鳞癌1例报告并文献复习

Breast Adenosquamous Carcinoma:A case Report and Literature Review

目的:探讨乳腺腺鳞癌的临床病理学特征及其鉴别诊断。方法:报告1例曾被误诊、误治的乳腺腺鳞癌患者的临床资料、影像学表现、病理特点和治疗情况,复习国内外相关文献6篇。结果:乳腺腺鳞癌属于化生性癌,通常肿块较大,预后较好,病理特点是在乳腺浸润性导管癌中出现聚集的鳞状细胞癌成分,免疫表型多表现为ER(-)、PR(-)、c-erbB-2(-)、CK(+)。结论:乳腺腺鳞癌是一种少见的特殊型乳腺癌,需与乳腺鳞癌、髓样癌、乳腺间质肉瘤等鉴别。

Objective：To investigate the clinical and pathological features of breast adenosquamous carcinoma and its diferential diagnosis. Methods ：The clinical data ,imaging feature,pathological character and treatment were reported in a case of breast adenosquamous carcinoma which ever was misdiagnosed and mistreated,and 6 literatures were reviewed. Results：Breast adenosquamous carcinoma is a kind of metaplastic carcinoma,usually has a big lump and good prognosis ,the pathological manifestation is accumulative squamous cells appear in the invasive breast duct cancer ,the im- munophenotype is ER （ - ）,PR （ - ）, c-erbB- 2 （ - ）, CK （ ＋ ）. Conclusion ： Breast adenosquamous carcinoma is rare, More attention should be paid in the daily practice in order to differentiate this tumor from breast squamous carcinoma, medullary carcinoma and stromal sarcoma.
