摘要
本文通过研究微晶玻璃-陶瓷复合材料在高温下软化流动的特征和晶粒相对位移的特点,论述了复合平板加热、加压弯曲过程中的温场分布规律,并由此制定出合理的温度制度,使复合板微晶表面和坯体在合理的温度制度、温场分布制度下同步弯曲成为所设计的曲面。
Through studying the intenerating and flowing character, the relative displacement of crystal grain of glass ceramics-ceramics composite material, the temperature field distribution law when the compound flat was heated, pressed and bent was discussed. Consequently, a rational temperature system was established for the surface and biscuit of the compound flat to be bent together and form the expected shape under rational temperature system and temperature filed distribution.
