摘要 为更直观地进行产品外型的创新设计,将遗传算法与非均匀有理B样条表达方法相结合,提出一种产品外型创新设计方法。定义了同类型产品,并基于非均匀有理B样条理论提出一种适用于同类产品外型的统一表示方法。该方法把产品外型的约束条件分成绝对约束和相对约束,分别代表必要的几何约束和客户需求。应用遗传算法作为进化过程,得出一种产品外型创新设计的实现算法。以汽车前引擎盖外型的创新设计过程为例,对该算法进行了验证。实例结果表明,该算法可以快速有效地实现产品外型的创新设计。 To effectively conduct creative design on surface of products through parameters, a new method combining Non-Uniform Rational B-Spline (NURBS) with Genetic Algorithm (GA) was presented. At first, concept of similar-type product was defined, a new surface representation based on NURBS theories was proposed to represent surfaces of similar-type products uniformly. Then, the constraints of surfaces were divided as absolute-constraints and relative-constraints, which represented necessary geometric constraints and customers' requirements respectively. By applying GA as evolution process, a realization algorithm for creative design on surface of products was obtained. An example was used to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. Result indicated that this method could conduct creative design on surfaces of products rapidly effectively.
