摘要
以关联理论为基础,从语用认知的角度出发,分析了话语标记语well在话语中的六种语用功能,即语用缓和标记功能、信息修正标记功能、话语连贯标记功能、思考延缓标记功能、信息短缺标记功能、劝诫标记功能,目的是帮助人们更多的了解well在言语交际中的多功能性,从而更好的理解和生成话语。
Based on the relevance theory the pragmatic functions of the discourse marker ＂well＂ are analyzed, which are, mitigation marker, correcting marker, coherence-achieving marker, contemplation marker, insufficiency marker, and persuasion marker respectively. Its aim is to help people know more about the multi-functional usages of ＂well＂ and understand its English equivalence in discourse.
