摘要
运用钢坯加热计算研究不同材质、不同尺寸的扁钢坯在步进式加热炉中加热时温度场的变化规律、辅助设计了几种台金钢坯的加热工艺,为合金钢坯在新建的步进式炉中加热提供了可靠的工艺曲线。实际应用效果良好,实现了节能,并提高了生产率。
The finite differentional method is used to study the law of the temperature variation of alloy steel slab during heating process in the walking beam type furnace. Typical heating process is designed with the aid of computer in the new walking beam type furnace . [
