高职院校艺术类学生思政工作中逆反心理调查与研究

A Survey on the Disobey Mentality of Ideological Education of Art Major Students of Vocational Colleges

高职院校艺术类学生思政工作中的逆反心理是普遍存在的现象。本文经调查分析后认为,学生自身因素、学校因素、社会因素等是其产生的主要原因。只有通过不断改进教育方法、更新教育内容、完善管理制度、加强思政工作队伍师德修养,才能把学生的逆反心理转化为对事物进行深入探究的动力,有效地服务于思政工作。

In ideological education of art major students of vocational colleges, the disobey mentality is a common phenomenon. A survey discovers that the students themselves, school and society are the main causes of it. Only by improving the educational method, innovating its content, perfecting the management system and strengthening the teaching quality can the students＇ disobey mentality be transformed to the motivation of looking into matters and thus, work in turn for the ideological education.
