摘要
目的探讨平卧位施行经皮肾镜取石术治疗肾结石的方法及疗效。方法采用X线定位下行微创经皮肾穿刺术后,应用输尿管镜和气压弹道机进行碎石取石术。结果17例均Ⅰ期建立PCN通道全部成功,无穿刺失败或中转开放手术;13例Ⅰ期结石取尽;残留结石4例(其中3例结石Ⅱ期手术取尽,1例拒绝手术行ESWL治愈)。结论平卧位施行PCNL手术治疗肾结石具有创伤小、恢复快。患者体位舒适,有利于术中麻醉监测,提高手术安全性,有助于术中碎石排出,效果良好。
Objective To discuss the curative effect and method of renal calculus removed with mini - invasive nephroscoep in prostration. Methods The pereutaneous puncture of nephroscope（PCN） under fixation under X Ray was performed and the calculus was removed with urethroscope and barometric pressure. Results There were 17 cases success to perform PCN in first stage without failure. 13 cases had removed calculus completely in Ⅰ stage and 4 cases had remained. Conclusion This method might have less injury, rapid recovered time and safe with good effect and comfort.
