摘要 低温微生物是指生活在低温环境中的微生物.它们之所以能在低温条件下生存是因为形成了多种适应低温的分子机制.这些机制包括:能"感受"环境温度变化的信号、调节膜脂中脂肪酸和类葫萝素的组成,以保持细胞膜的最佳流动性、嗜冷酶的低温催化活性及南极冰藻合成的抑制冰晶生长的冰活性物质等. Cold - adapted Microorganism raters to the microorganism living in the cold environment. They can live in the cold environment because they form kinds of molecular mechanisms. These mechanisms include: "the feeling" signal of environment temperature change, the adjustment membrane fat the fatty acid and the arytenoids radish element composition, the best fluidity of cell membrane, the low temperature catalytic activity addiction to cold - adapted enzyme and the ice active material synthesized by ice algae in the south polar, which suppresses the ice crystal to grow, and so on.
