摘要
在大棚温室内对10种花卉叶片的叶绿素含量、净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、叶肉细胞间隙CO2浓度及叶面温度等光合生理指标进行了测定.结果表明:植物的叶绿素含量和气孔导度与其净光合速率之间存在较明显的相关关系;细胞间隙的CO2浓度与其净光合速率有一定关系;叶面温度与其净光合速率关系不明显.
This paper analyzed photosynthetic characterzations of ten flowerplants cultivated in the greenhouse,They were chlorophyll contents,net photosynthetic rate, trunspiration rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2 concentration and Surface temperuture of leaves.The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate were related to chlorophyll contants and stomatal conductance obviously,and it had some relation with intercellular CO2 contents and little relation with surface temperature.
