衡水生态市建设的现状与对策研究

On the Status Quo and Countermeasures of Eco-city Construction in Hengshui City

衡水生态市建设有优越的自然条件、良好的生态环境保护和生态产业发展基础,但以水污染为主的环境污染依然严重.资源匮乏、工业化快速发展与环境质量改善存在潜在的矛盾.针对这些问题提出了建设生态市的发展对策,即通过以水环境整治为重点,努力改善环境质量;以循环经济为核心,大力发展生态经济;提升城市人居环境,营造优美和谐的生态社会;以健全政策措施为保障,形成良好的创建氛围等措施以保障生态市建设各项工作全面开展.

Hengshui City has advantageous natural conditions and good foundations of both ecological ＆ environmental protection and ecological development of the industry for the construction of eco-city, but there still exist such problems as the serious pollution with water pollution as the primary one, the scarcity of resources, and the potential conflicts between rapid development of industrialization and the improvement of environmental quality. In light of these problems, this paper puts forward the developing strategies for the eco-city construction in Hengshui City such as focusing on the control of water environment to improve the quality of the environment, centring on recycling economy to develop ecological economy, upgrading urban living environment to establish a beautiful and harmonious ecological community, and providing a sound policy to create a favorable atmosphere to ensure the implement of construction of eco-city.
