摘要
在AlC13-NaCl-KCl三元无机熔融盐体系中研究了304不锈钢基体上熔融盐电镀铝的可能性,并对镀层的形貌和成分进行了分析。结果表明,304不锈钢基体可以通过无机熔融盐电镀的方法获得铝镀层。经X射线能谱分析得出,镀层的铝元素的原子百分比可达98.9%。镀铝层形貌随电流密度变化较为明显,当电流密度较低时,铝镀层呈不均匀的薄片状,随电流密度的增大,铝镀层逐渐呈粒状。
The feasibility of electrodeposition aluminum on 304 stainless steel from AlCl3-NaCl-KCl inorganic molten salts was studied. The surface morphology and the composites of the aluminum layer were observed and analyzed. The results show that the aluminum layer can be obtained on 304 stainless steel from the inorganic molten salts. The result of the X-ray energy spectrum shows that the electrodeposition layer contains 98.9% A1 (atomic percent). The surface morphology changes obviously with the variation of the current density. At lower current density, the aluminum was deposited in the form of a flaky, non-uniform layer, with the increasing of the current density, the form of the aluminum layer changed from flake to graininess.
