自制分离钩配合术中胆镜小切口治疗肝胆管结石

Self-made separated hook combined with intraoperative choledochoscope and small incision in the treatment of hepatic calculus

目的探讨自制电分离钩配合术中胆镜小切口治疗肝胆管结石的价值。方法106例小切口下利用自制电分离钩行胆囊切除和胆总管切开配合术中硬质胆镜取石治疗肝胆管结石进行回顾性分析。结果手术成功102例(96.27%),延长切口4例(3.73%),术后有5例肝内胆管残留结石。结论该方法具有腹腔镜手术和传统手术的优点,又克服了它们的缺点,是一种腹内手术腹外操作的微创伤手术。

Objective To explore the therapautic value of self-made separated hook combined intrasperative choledochoscope and small incision in hepatic calculus. Methods 106 cases with hepatic calculi received cholescystectomy and choledocholithotomy combined with intraoperatie rigid chodochoscope by the small incision and self-made separated hook were analyzed rretrospectively. Results The operations were performd in small incision 102 cases and extended incision 4 cases. Intrahepatic duct residual stone of intrahepatic duct had 5 cases after operation. Conclusion This operative method has laparoscopic and traditional operative advantages, and overcomes the disadvantages of them. It is a minimally invasive surgery of abdominal operation, extra-abdominal manipulation.
