周围静脉实施高营养与化疗及其并发症的防治

Prevention and management of Complication for patients receiving chemotherapy and nutritional support via peripheral vein

目的探讨对周围静脉高营养与化疗的并发症有效的防治措施。方法在20例采用周围静脉途径营养与化疗患者中采用静脉计划性选择以及常规采用防治措施方法,观察发现并发症情况。结果所有20例患者顺利完成营养与化疗,没有1例发生严重静脉并发症。结论如果护理人员能够合理计划性选择使用周围血管,精心护理,密切观察,及时采取相应的措施,同样可以保护好患者的外周血管,圆满完成治疗。

Objective To investigate the effective mcasure of provention and management of complieation for patients receiving TPN and chemotherapy via peripheral veins. Methods Among the 20 cases using TPN and chemotherapy via peripheral veins, planed selective vein and conventional prevention and management measure were used. The complications were observed. Results The TPN and chemotherapy were finished smoothly in 20 cases. No one case of severe venous complication was found. Conclusion Planed selecting vein and routinely use of protecting medicines might be benefit for those patients.
