新生儿听力筛查床的研制与应用

摘要 目的探讨实施新生儿听力筛查时减少对新生儿的刺激、提高测试速度及测试结果准确性的方法。方法将接受听力筛查的1200例新生儿随机分为观察组与对照组各600例。置观察组新生儿于自行研制的新生儿听力筛查床上进行听力筛查;对照组按照传统的操作方法由家长保持新生儿测试耳朝上进行测试。结果观察组首次通过率及筛查总通过率显著高于对照组(均P<0.01),假阳性率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),单耳测试时间显著短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论应用新生儿听力筛查床辅助新生儿听力筛查能够最大程度地减少对新生儿的刺激,使新生儿保持熟睡状态,缩短测试时间,提高测试结果的准确性。 Objective To explore the method to decrease the stimulation to neonates during hearing screening and increase the test speed and the accuracy of the test result. Methods One thousand and two hundred neonates were divided randomly into two groups.. 600 cases in the observation group were tested in neonatal hearing screening bed, and 600 cases in the control group were tested by traditional method, with the tested ear kept upward by parents. Results The first pass rate and the total pass rate were higher and the test time of single ear was shorter and the false positiving was lower in the observation group than those in the control group (P〈0.01 ,P〈0. 05). Conclusion The application of the neonatal hearing screening bed to test the neonates hearing auxiliarily can decrease the stimulation to the tested neonates to the large extent, keep the neonates asleep, shorten the test time obviously and increase the accuracy of the test result.
