对医学生开设老年护理学双语教学选修课程的尝试 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨对医学生开设老年护理学双语教学选修课程的效果。方法对61名选修老年护理学的医学生进行双语教学,课程开始前和结束后以英语闭卷测试医学生的老年知识水平,课程结束后以5分制评价课程设置及教学质量。结果经过学习,医学生的老年知识水平得到显著提高(P<0.01)。不同年级间以大学二年级医学生成绩提高幅度最小,三年级提高幅度最大(P<0.05),护理专业和通过英语四级及以上考试者提高幅度略高,但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。医学生对教学质量的评价最低3.94分,最高4.97分,对授课教师的综合教学水平评分为4.52分。医学生对课程设计和教学过程表示总体满意。结论医学生选修老年护理学能更好地满足人口老龄化对医疗保健的需求,教师的专业积累、英语能力和授课技巧是双语教学效果的保证,应根据医学生专业知识需求和英语水平进行有针对性的教学。
