护理本科生主观幸福感与生活事件的相关性 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨在校护理本科生主观幸福感与生活事件的关系。方法采用总体幸福感量表和青少年生活事件量表,对320名在校护理本科生进行调查。结果护理本科生的总体幸福感得分75.19±10.66,不同年级护理本科生总体幸福感得分比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);总体幸福感与生活事件总分及其6个因子呈显著负相关(P<0.05,P<0.01);学习负担重、与同学或好友发生纠纷、家庭经济困难、不喜欢上学4项生活事件对护理本科生的总体幸福感影响较大(均P<0.01)。结论护理本科生主观幸福感与生活事件密切相关,在护理本科教育中,应采取灵活多样的教学方式并强化心理素质培养,提高其主观幸福感。 Objective To study the correlation between the general well-being and self-rating life events of nursing undergraduates. Methods Three hundred and twenty nursing undergraduates were investigated by General Well-Being Schedule (GWB) and Adolescent Self-rating Life Events Check List (ASLEC). Results The score of general well-being was 75.19±10.66. There was a significant difference in general well-being among different grades of undergraduates(P〈 0.01). General well-being was negatively correlated to the total scores of life events and 6 factors (P〈0.05,P〈 0.01). The important factors affecting general well-being most were heavy-burdening study, dispute with classmate or friend, family economic difficulty, and disliking to go to school (P〈0.01 for all). Conclusion The general well-being of nursing undergraduates was positively related to their life events. On undergraduate nursing education, we should adopt a flexible and multiple tutorial mode to make everyone feel more sensation of happiness.
