摘要
本文叙述了无汞碱锰电池技术的研究和在生产中的应用,从锌的纯度、合金的构成、添加元素的配比、锌粉粒度进行研究.选用在KOH溶液中析气量小的ABI合金锌粉,通过大量无汞碱锰电池生产工艺的探讨,可实现碱锰电池的无汞化。
The study of mercury-free alkaline manganese battery as well as its use in production was described. The ABI alloy zinc powder evolved hydrogen in KOH solution was selected in the experiment from the study of the purity of zinc powder,the alloy particle size,the ratio of the combination and comparison of the added element and the distribution of particle size of the zinc powder. The mercury-free for alkaline manganese could be realized through plenty of discussion of the manufacturing process to the alkaline manganese battery.
