摘要
从士官教育中存在的特殊性,即三对突出矛盾入手,阐明教员应具备的基本素质,即"一个中心"、"双重身份"、"三种能力",最后针对如何加强教员队伍建设提出了具体措施和建议。
Startting with the particularity of petty officer education,namely the three couple of standing out conflict, illuminate the base diathesis of teachers, namely “one center”and“dual identity”and“three kind of abilities”,finally bring forward the embodied measures and suggestions on how to strengthen the construct of procession of teachers.
