摘要
本文在简要解析了创新和创新型组织涵义的基础上,提出了创新型图书馆的概念,分析了建设创新型图书馆的必要性,最后详细阐述了建设创新型图书馆的基本思路。
In this paper, we, based on the meaning of innovation and innovative organization, put forward the conception of the innovative library, and analyze the necessity of the constructing of it. Finally a detailed explanation of building an innovative library is given.
