摘要
部门法理学是法理学与部门法学间的交叉学科,不是哲学与法学间的交叉学科,部门法哲学更像法理学而不是法哲学。这两个名称的选择不存在对或者错,而是妥当与否的问题。
Branch jurisprudence is an intersecting subject of jurisprudence and branch law. The branch legal philosophy likes jurisprudence more than legal philosophy, The selection of this two names does not mean right or wrong, but appropriate or not.
