社会保障政策对经济发展的影响

完善的社会保障制度是建立社会主义市场经济体制的前提和保证。我国现行社会保障制度具有因地制宜、先易后难、不断转换的特点。目前我国社会保障政策存在不统一、强制性差、调剂性差、增值困难等主要问题。目前的这种社会保障政策对经济发展产生了一定的负面影响。要力争通过切实保障农民的利益、正确处理好各群体之间的权力与责任、做好就业保障工作来建立更好的社会保障模式。

Perfect social security system is the precondition and ensure for establishing a socialist market economy. The characteristics of our country＇s active social security system are act according to circumstances, from easy to difficult and change unceasingly. The problems of our country＇ s active social security system are un-unite, poor mandatory, poor adjustment and difficulty of added value. Nowadays, this social security system has negative affections to economic develpoment. We shuld protect farmers＂ interests conscientiously, correct handle authority and responsibility between each group and do a good job in employment security toset up the much better social security patterns.
