论职业女性角色意识及其对体育参与的影响

本文从社会学角色理论的视角,采用文献资料法,就我国职业女性的角色意识对参与体育运动的影响进行了分析。研究结果表明:职业女性角色的多重性导致了其角色冲突,角色冲突是女性发展和自我意识觉醒的表现。当代我国职业女性角色的多重性以及角色冲突限制了其参与体育活动,而其自我意识的觉醒,又促进了其参与体育活动。

This study analyzed the influence of the professional female＇s consciousness to participate the athletics sport, using the method of literature data from the angle of view of the sociology role theories. The result enunciation： The multiple roles of the professional female caused its role conflict, and the role conflict is the performance of the female＇s development and awakening of their self-consciousness. In the contemporary, the multiple roles of the professional female and the role conflict in our country limited them to participate the athletics activity, but awakening of their self-consciousness then promoted them to participate the athletics activity.
