摘要
叙述了１９９５年底着手建设的上海市电力负荷监控系统工程的设计和系统开发情况。
Having begun constructing at the end of 1995,the engineering design and development of Shanghai municipal electric power load monitoring & controlsystem are described and the commissioning test of the phase I project in July 1996 is also introduced.
