摘要
蛋白酶活化受体(protease activated receptors,PARs)家族是血栓形成中的重要G蛋白耦联受体家族.是凝血酶的主要受体。PARs有4种亚型(PAR1~4)。PAR1是PARs家族的主要成员,是最早发现的PARs分子,研究最为深入。PAR1在血栓形成、炎症反应、血管活性、免疫系统功能、血管增生性疾病等过程中发挥重要作用。
