泌尿科手术患者围手术期心血管疾病风险预测与评估 被引量：1

摘要 随着我国社会人口老龄化和泌尿科手术广泛开展，合并心血管疾病的患者日益增多，手术风险明显增加。在围手术期死亡者中，80％是心血管疾病所致。合并冠心病的患者围手术期心肌梗死的发生率为2％-17％，而无冠心病者发生率仅为0．1％-0.2％，存在明显的差别。
