消痔灵双层注射加支撑管治疗成人完全性直肠脱垂（附36例报告）

Double-layer Injection of Benzyrin Plus Anorectal Supporting Tube in the Treatment of Complete Rectal Prolapse in Adult（Report of 36 Cases）

为了探讨成人直肠脱垂手术治疗的有效方式，采用直肠双层注射加肛门直肠支撑管的联合术式治疗Ⅱ，Ⅲ度直肠脱垂36例，观察其临床疗效。结果显示，36例均一次成功，有效率100％，治愈率97％。无手术并发症。手术时间短，平均20min，创伤小，肛门功能恢复好。结果表明，应用直肠黏膜下及直肠周围双层注射加肛门直肠支撑管的联合术式治疗直肠脱垂，具有疗效高、疗程短、痛苦小、创伤小、复发率低等优点，是治疗成人完全性直肠脱垂较安全有效的方法。

The combined procedure of double-layer benzyrin injection（submucous and perirectal） plus anorectal supporting tube was applied in 36 adult patients with rectal prolapse of Ⅱ and Ⅱ grades. As results, the primary effective rate was 100% ,and the primary cure rate was 97.0%. There was no surgical complications, the mean operation time was 20 minutes with less surgical wound and better anal function. It is concluded that this procedure of double-layer benzyrin injection plus anorectal supporting tube is safe and effective in the treatment of adult complete rectal prolapse.
