经阴道修补治疗直肠前突54例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Transvaginal Repair Procedure in the Treatment of Rectocele： Analysis of 54 Cases

将54例中重度直肠前突的经产妇女采用经阴道黏膜切开，黏膜下肌肉组织多层荷包缝合加固的手术方法治疗，同时处理肛肠合并症，有效率达95％。结果表明，该术式解剖清晰，术野洁净，操作简便，术后痛苦小，并发症少，费用低廉，疗效确切。

Fifty four parous women with moderate and severe rectocele underwent the procedure of transvaginal mucosal incision of the rectum and multilayer purse-string suture of submucosal muscle,at same time the anorectal complications were also treated. Results showed that the effective rate of this procedure was 95.0%. It is concluded that this procedure has many strong points in surgical manipulation, in therapeutic efficacy and in cost reduction.
