经肛吻合器直肠切除术治疗直肠前突临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutical Efficacy of Stapled Transanal Rectal Resection in the Treatment of Rectocele

为探讨经肛吻合器直肠切除术治疗直肠前突症的效果，采用美国强生公司生产的PPH对直肠低位的黏膜及黏膜下肌层实施环形切除术25例，使直肠前壁的前突消失。22例排便障碍得到了缓解，排便通畅，梗阻感消失；2例排便改善，肛门坠胀感减轻；1例症状减轻程度较术前不明显。有效率96％。结果表明，经肛吻合器直肠切除术治疗直肠前突创伤小，操作方便，并发症少，效果可靠。

The objective of this study was to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of the procedure of stapled transanal rectal resection （STARR） in the treatment of rectocele. Circumferential resection of the low rectal mucosa and submucosal muscle was performed for 25 patients with rectocele to make the rectocele of the rectal anterior wall disappeared. As results, smooth defecation was resumed in 22 cases, improved defecation was achieved in 2 cases and no improvement was achieved in 1 case. The effective rate was 96.0%. It is concluded that STARR has many strong points of less surgical trauma and complications, convenient manipulation and reliable therapeutic efficacy.
