饮食干预对肛门疾病术后患者首次排便的影响 被引量:3

Influence of Diet Intervention on the First Defecation after Surgical Operation of Anal Diseases

摘要 为比较单纯的饮食干预与使用开塞露纳肛行肠道准备对肛门疾病手术患者术后首次排便的影响,将79例肛门疾病患者分为试验组(41例)和对照组(38例)。试验组术前予以饮食干预,不用开塞露行肠道准备;对照组术前用开塞露纳肛作肠道准备,术后两组患者均控制粗纤维食物36h,观察两组患者术后首次排便的情况。结果显示,两组患者术后首次排便的时间、首次排便持续时间、首次排便量、大便性质、便时创口疼痛、大便出血差异均无统计学意义。结果表明,围手术期饮食干预可使肛门疾病患者术后首次排便时间控制在48h左右,不增加患者排便的难度和痛苦,可以替代术前用开塞露纳肛行肠道准备的方法。 The objective of this study was to evaluate the influence of diet intervention on the first defecation after surgical operation of anal diseases. Seventy nine patients were divided into two groups, 41 cases underwent diet intervention preoperatively(the trial group),while 38 cases used laxative suppository for rectal preparation(the controlled group). Coarse diet was forbidden for 36 hours postoperatively in both groups. As results,there was no statistic difference at the onset time of the first defecation,its duration of defecation,its feces volume and contour, pain extent and bleeding during defecation between the two groups. It is concluded that perioperative diet intervention is able to control the first defecation after surgical operation in about 48 hours, thus preventing difficulty and pain of defecation after operation, instead of taking laxative suppository for rectal preparation.
