162例云南籍汉族狼疮性肾炎相关危险因素研究

Clinical analysis of 162 cases of lupus nephritis of Han Nationality in Yunnan

目的探讨遗传因素、环境因素、行为生活方式及社会心理因素在云南籍汉族狼疮性肾炎患者的疾病过程中的影响。方法采用病例对照研究设计,收集云南籍汉族LN患者共162例和211例正常对照,用单因素和多因素非条件logistic模型分析影响LN发病的因素。结果多因素logistic模型分析,性格开朗为影响LN发病的保护因素;居住地在农村、亲属患自身免疫性疾病史、有阳光过敏史、Ⅰ型皮肤、高血压史、喜食刺激性食物为影响LN发病的危险因素。结论云南籍汉族LN的发病受多个危险因素的影响且多因素可能存交互作用;LN易感者应该注意避免以上因素,采取相应的预防措施。

Objective To explore genetic factors,environmental factors,behavioral life way and psycho-social factors on occurrence of lupus nephritis（LN） of Han Nationality in Yunnan.Methods A case-control study was carried out and the influencing factors for LN were analyzed with univariate and multivariate unconditional logistic regression.Results Seven environmental factors were related with LN with multivariate unconditional logistic regression model,in which extravert was protective factor for LN,while living village and other five factors were risk factors for LN. Conclusion These data suggest that there are multi environmental risk factors are related to lupus nephritis and there are the interaction between environmental factors and gene in LN.
