摘要
介绍了食品真空冷冻干燥技术的优点,综述了国内外食品真空冷冻干燥技术的应用状况,对食品真空冷冻干燥技术的发展前景进行了预测。
The advantages of vacuum freeze - drying technology on foods were introduced in this paper. The application status of this technology at home and abroad was reviewed, and the development prospect of the technology was also analyzed.
