Chilopalatognathus is the most frequent congenital development malformation of oromaxillofacial region. Surgery repair had generally outspreaded in various countries for a long time,but patients’ existing problems in the morphous functions and psychological behavior and so on are not solvable by unitary subject. Along with conversion of medical model, progression of havioral medicine and developmental psychology,patients’psychological behavior problems in clinical therapy work receive more and more reconstruction. The author of this text will investigate frequent psychological behavior questions and relevant strategy.
