阐述项目后评价的实际应用完善过程和项目后评价理论,即评价内容、评价指标与评价方法的逐步完善过程,并且分析了目前项目后评价存在的问题。
This paper summarize the theoretical exploration and practise course of the produce and development of post evaluation of investment project. According to the increase of necessity of post project evaluation pushed on by time, discuss in detail the perfecting process of practical application of evaluation and the gradual perfecting process of the theory of post project evaluation, that is, content of evaluation, quota of evaluation and method of evaluation. To analyze the current exsiting problems of post project evaluation.
