甲苯胺蓝为光敏剂的光动力疗法对龈上菌斑灭菌效果的研究 被引量:18

摘要 目的:比较不同浓度甲苯胺蓝对龈上菌斑的灭菌效果。方法:从门诊20例牙周病病人下前牙区取龈上菌斑一份,放入10mL生理盐水中振荡均匀,在2h内送到微生物室,用微量移液器取25μL放在琼脂培养皿中,在37℃恒温箱中培养24h后,分别滴入0.01,0.1,0.5,1.0,2.5,5.0mg/mL甲苯胺蓝,用12J/cm2,159mW/cm2波长为630nm的二极管激光照射57s后,观察比较各种浓度的灭菌效果。结果:在相同的光波长、光剂量、光强度和光照时间下,1.0mg/mL的甲苯胺蓝的灭菌效果最好,灭菌率为79%。结论:以甲苯胺蓝为光敏剂的光动力疗法对龈上菌斑有灭菌作用。 AIM: To evaluate the effect of toluidine blue (TB) - mediated photodynamic inactivation to the supragingivia plaques. METHODS: Supragingivia plaques in the area of lower incisor teeth from 20 voluntary outpatients with periodontopathy. The samples were immediately placed into 10 mL pre - diluted solution and transported to the laboratory within 2 h. The 25 μL bacterial suspentions were incubated in agar broth at 37℃. After an overnight culture, the bacterial suspentions were diluted with toluidine blue (TB) at density of 0. 01,0. 1,0. 5, 1.0,2.5, 5.0 mg/mL respectively. Then they were exposed to a 12 J/cm^2 laser irradiation at 57 s . The light output of fiber was 159 mW/cm^2 from 630 nm Diode laser in order to observe the effect of inactivation to the supragingivia plaques about different groups. RESULTS: The most -effective density of TB is 1 mg/mL depends on the same light intensity, dose of light energy , wave length and irradiation time. CONCLUSION: The study have found that the toluidine blue (TB) - mediated photodynamic therapy showed of bacterium inactivation to the supragingivia plaques.
