介绍了制备高附着力填剂时,树脂、填料、溶剂及防沉剂的选择。结果表明,采用极性醛酮树脂配合硅灰石粉及高填充功能性粉体作填料制备填剂具有优异的填充性及附着力,配合格丽斯色母调色涂装后可使木材纹理更清晰,同时具备填充与着色双重功能,可有效减少底漆的喷涂数量,提高生产效率,降低涂装成本。

This paper has studied the selection of resin, filler, solvent and anti-sediment agent during preparing high-adhesion filling agent, concluding that selecting polar ketone-aldehyde resin with wollastonite powder and high-filling function powder as fillers can give filling agent with perfect filling property and high adhesion; this filling agent through the Grace color batch tinting application, can give more clear wood texture, reduce spraying quantity, increase production efficiency and decrease application cost, also with double functions of filling and coloring.
