Analysis on the examination result of 936 women with UU infection of reproductive tract

目的:了解本地区解脲支原体(UU)所致妇女生殖道感染现状,探讨其危险因素,以便制定相应的预防措施,保障妇女的生殖健康。方法:2005年1～11月到我单位妇科门诊就诊的有自觉症状的妇女为研究对象,按年龄分组:<20岁组、21～30岁组、31～40岁组、41～50岁组、>51岁组,并进行问卷调查、妇科检查和解脲支原体培养。结果:916例中检出UU阳性者217例,检出率23.68%。UU感染的病例中以21～30岁组最多,检出率30.39%(138/454),占全部检出的63.59%(138/217),检出率远远高于其他年龄组,差别有显著性(P<0.05)。配偶或其本人有婚外性行为者,UU检出率显著高于无婚外性行为者(P<0.05)。未避孕者或采用其他方式避孕者UU检出率显著高于避孕套避孕者(P<0.05)。结论:UU是生殖道感染较为常见的病原体,以年轻性活跃期、有婚外性行为或未婚多性伴、未采用安全套避孕者感染率为高。

Objective： To investigate the infection status and risk factor of UU on women reproductive tract. Methods： 916 out-patient on the Department of Gynecological self-felt clinical symptoms and suspicious reproductive tract infection as study subject, the subject were divided into five groups by age （Group I ： 〈20 years old, Group Ⅱ： 21-30 years old, Group Ⅲ： 31-40 years old, Group IV： 41-50 years old, Group V：〉51 years old） . Gynecological examination, questionnaire and laboratory diagnosis of ureaplsma , urea-lyticum （UU） were performed for each subject. Results： 217 of the 916 cases suffered UU infection （23.68%）, the highest infection rate was group Ⅱ （30.39%）, 63.59% of all suffer, it was obviously higher than the other groups （P〈0. 05） . There was higher infection rate among women whose spouse or herself taking sexual behavior outside married and those who didn＇t use condom on sexual behavior. Conclusion： UU is more common pathogen on women＇s reproductive tract infection. The causes of high infection rate has something to do with their age that they are young in active sexual cycle, sexual behavior that whose spouse or herself taking sexual behavior outside married and avoiding pregnancy methods that they doesnt use condom on sexual behavior.
