摘要
目的:了解吐哈油田儿童指血的微量元素含量及不同时期的变化规律。方法:采用原子吸收分光光度法检测911例儿童微量元素钙、锌、铜、铁、镁。结果:在不同年龄组间,镁、铜含量差异无显著性(P值均>0.05),锌、钙、铁含量差异显著(P值均<0.01)。锌、铁含量随年龄的增长而逐渐增加,钙含量随年龄的增长而逐渐降低。婴儿组缺铁的比例最高,学龄组男童缺钙的比例最高。结论:吐哈油田儿童存在某些微量元素缺乏,应注意均衡饮食,加强铁、钙、锌、铜的补充及促进其吸收。
Objective: To understand the content of trace elements in finger blood of children in Tuha oil field and to explore the change regularity of trace elements at all periods of childhood. Methods: Ca, Zn, Cu, Fe and Mg of 911 children were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometer. Results: Among the different ages, the content of Mg and Cu was no different ( P 〉 0. 05 ), but the content of Zn, Ca and Fe was different (P 〈0. 01 ) . By the increase of ages, the content of Fe and Zn increased gradually, and the content of Ca reduced gradually. The samples at babyhood were the most short of Fe, and ones at school age were the most short of Ca. Conclusion: Children in Tuha oil field are in shortage of trace elements to some extent, and should pay attention to the balance of diet, and strengthen the supplement and absorption of Fe, Ca, Zn and Cu.
