2209例妊娠期糖尿病筛查及干预结果分析

Screening of GDM with 2209 cases and analysis of the result on the prevention

目的：了解江东区妊娠期糖尿病发病情况及干预效果。方法：对2004年～2005年来该院建立围产保健卡册进行系统管理并已分娩的孕妇2209例，常规进行妊娠期糖尿病筛查，对筛查出糖耐量异常的孕妇及时进行干预。结果：糖筛查阳性479例，阳性率21．68％；确诊妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）59例，检出率2．67％；糖耐量受损93例，检出率6．88％；糖耐量异常（GDM＋GIGT）152例，检出率4．21％。糖耐量异常孕妇饮食控制达到血糖控制值139例，占91．45％；加胰岛素治疗13例，占8．56％：孕产期母儿并发症发生率、新生儿出生体重与正常妊娠组比较，无统计学意义。结论：常规开展妊娠期糖尿病筛查，早期诊断、及时干预是降低围产期发病率的有效措施。

Objective： To understand the situation of GDM in Jiangdong district and the result on the prevention. Methods： 2 209 pregnant women with established perinatal hygienical card and system administration from 2004 to 2005 in this hospital were routinely screened to select abnormal sugar tolerance to intervene in time. Results： There were 479 cases masculine （21.68%）, 93 cases GDM （6. 88% ） and 152 cases GDM ＋ GIGT （4. 21% ） . Among the person with diagnosis of GDM ＋ GIGT, 139 cases attained normal value through control the diet （91.45%） ; 13 cases used insulin in the course of treatment （8.56%） . The comparison in the rate of complication and the weight of neonates with the normal group had no statistical sense. Conclusion： Selecting about GDM regularly, diagnosing early, preventing in time, these are the effective measures to reduce the rate of perinatal morbidity.
