胎儿脐动脉及大脑中动脉血流指标对高危妊娠的意义

The role of bloodstream indexes in umbilical artery and arteria cerebri media in high-risk pregnancy

目的：通过122例高危妊娠胎儿的脐动脉及大脑中动脉血流参数的改变，评估该指标对于评价高危妊娠胎儿宫内情况的价值。方法：对2004年1月，2006年4月在我院产检或住院的122例高危妊娠彩色多普勒超声检查发现脐动脉（UMA）及大脑中动脉（MCA）血流指标异常的病例进行分析。结果：122例高危妊娠中，合并UMA的S／D增高异常有46例，出现UMA的舒张期血流缺失或返流的有23例，MCA的S／D异常的有31例，发现UMA及MCA血流指标均异常的有20例。结论：高危妊娠胎儿。测量脐动脉及大脑中动脉血流参数对于衡量胎儿宫内情况及指导临床处理有着重要意义。

Objective： To anlyse the change of umbilical artery and middle cerebral artery parameters in 122 cases of high - risk pregnancies, then access their values of predicting fetal intrauterine condition. Methods： The authous reviewed and analyzed 122 high - risk cases taken antenatal Doppler sonographic examination in this hospital from January 2004 to April 2006 to find abnormal UMA and MCA parameters. Results： In 122 cases, there were 46 cases with elevated S/D ratio of UMA, 23 cases with absence or reflux of UMA diastolic flow, and 31 cases with low S/D ratio or high systolic peak velocity of MCA, 20 cases with abnormal UMA and MCA. Conclusion： For high -risk pregnancies, it is important to measure the UMA and MCA parameters, it can effectively predict fetal intrauterine condition and instruct the clinical treatment.
