化疗联合顺铂腹腔热灌注治疗25例中晚期卵巢癌术后的疗效分析 被引量:12

摘要 目的:探讨中晚期卵巢癌术后的治疗方法及疗效。方法:以环磷酰胺静脉化疗联合顺铂腹腔热灌注治疗25例中晚期卵巢癌,观察其疗效及其副反应。结果:完全缓解(CR)4例,部分缓解(PR)14例,稳定(NC)5例,进展(PD)2例,总有效率72%。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制。结论:化疗联合顺铂腹腔热灌注治疗对中晚期卵巢癌疗效较好,毒副反应较少。 Objective: To study the treatment of late ovarian carcinoma Methods: Twenty - five patients with advanced ovarian carcinoma were treated with CTX + DDP by continous hyperthermic peritoneal perfusion (CHPP) . Results: CR in 4 cases, PR in 14, NC in 5 and PD in 2 were obtained with an overall response rate 72%. The majority toxitity was bone marrow depression. Conclusion: DDP with cisplatin by CHPP on patients with late ovarian carcinoma may be a safe and effective therapy.
