甲珠对慢乙肝晚期妊娠妇女血清肝纤维化指标的影响

Influence of pangolin to serum index in chronicity HB late pregnanc of femme hepatic fibrosis

目的:观察甲珠对慢乙肝妊娠晚期妇女肝纤维化指标的临床治疗效果。方法:将83例慢乙肝妊娠晚期妇女肝纤维化患者随机分为两组,治疗组41例,给予甲珠粉5g日2次口服;对照组42例,给与口服水飞蓟宾70mg日3次,治疗前后采用荧光免疫法检测患者血清HA、LN、PCⅢ、ⅣC的水平,酶联免疫吸附试验检测患者血清TGFβ-1、TIMP1,自动生化仪检测肝功能ALT、AST、Alb、TBil;彩色多普勒观察门静脉、脾静脉宽度及脾脏厚度。结果:治疗组治疗前后肝功各项指标、肝纤维化指标HA、LN、PCIII、ⅣC、TGFβ-1、TIMP1的水平比较,差异显著(P<0.01)。治疗组与对照组比较,肝功指标ALT、AST、AIb、TBil无明显差异(P>0.05),两组间血清肝纤维化指标HA、LN、PCⅢ、ⅣC、TGFβ-1、TIMP1比较,差异显著(P<0,01),两组间在门静脉、脾静脉、脾厚回缩比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:甲珠可改善慢肝患者肝功,可降低慢肝患者血清肝纤维化指标,可促进肝纤维化患者门静脉、脾静脉、脾脏厚度回缩,甲珠具有抗肝纤维化的作用,优于对照组。

Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy of pangolin on serum index in ehronieity HB late pregnancy of femme hepatic fibrosis. Methods： 83 patients of chronicity HB late pregnancy of femme hepatic fibrosis were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 41 ） and control group （ n = 42）. The patients in treatment group given conch bead powder for oral use thrice a day, and the patients in control group given silymarin for oral use thrice a day accepted detection of the level of serum HA, LN, PC Ⅲ, IVC before and after treatment by fluorescence immunization and conducted determination of the level of serum IGF fl - 1, TIMP1 by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, and hepatic function ALT, AST, Alia, TBil by biochemistry to observe the width of vena portalis hepatis, splenic vein and thickness of spleen using color Doppler. Results： The level of every index, including hepatic function automatic and hepatic fibrosis HA, LN, PC Ⅲ, Ⅳ C, TGF 13 - 1, TIMP1, altered significant （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Compared with the control group, there was no obvious difference of hepatic function automatic index ALT, AST, Alb, Tbil （P 〉 0. 05 ）, the difference of serum hepatic fibrosis index HA, LN, PC Ⅲ, Ⅳ C, TGF 13 - 1, TIMP1 between two groups was significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, the difference of the width of vena portalis hepatis, splenic vein and thickness of spleen recovery was significant （P 〈0. 05） . Conclusion： Conch bead powd has the better role in improving the patients＇hepatic function, to cut down the serum hepatic fibrosis index of chronic hepatitis patient, to promote width of vena portalis hepafis, splenic vein and thickness of spleen recovery of hepatic fibrosis patients.
