摘要
目的：探讨应用宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合手术诊治不孕症的临床价值。方法：2003年12月～2005年12月我院对126例女性不孕症患者行宫、腹腔镜联合诊断和治疗。结果：126例中发现慢性盆腔炎是不孕症的第1位病因（58．73％），继发不孕发生率高（P〈0．01）；其次子宫内膜异位症是第2位病因（20．63％）、多囊卵巢综合征占14．29％，两者原发不孕发生率高于继发不孕（P〈0．01）。手术后妊娠率为44．23％，4例发生异位妊娠。结论：宫、腹腔镜联合手术对女性不孕症的诊治具有重要的价值。
Objective： To investigate the usage of combined laparoscopy and hysteroscopy for diagnosis and treatment. Methods： From 2003. 12 to 2005. 12. 126 patients with infertility were treated by surgery combined laparoscopy and hysteroscopy in this hospital. Results： Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease was the first cause for the infertihty in 126 patients （58. 73% ） resulting in higher secondary infertihty （P 〈 0. 01 ） . Endometriosis was the second cause （20. 63% ） and polycystic ovarian syndrome accounted for 14. 29%, resulting in higher primary infertility than secondary infertility （P 〈0. 01 ） . The postoperative pregnancy rate was 44. 23%, 4 patients ectopic pregnancy. Conclusion： The surgery combined laparoscopy and hysteroscopy has import value in the diagnosis and treatment of the infertility.
