年轻妇女卵巢恶性肿瘤临床分析

Analysis of ovarian malignancies in young women

目的：探讨年轻妇女卵巢恶性肿瘤的临床特点。方法：回顾性分析10年间收治的年轻妇女卵巢恶性肿瘤患者（年龄〈40岁）的临床资料。结果：27例年轻妇女卵巢恶性肿瘤患者的中位年龄30岁（13-39岁）；5年总生存率51．72％，生存时间5月-119月，平均生存期71月。结论：年轻妇女卵巢恶性肿瘤患者预后相对较好。

Objective： To investigate the clinical characteristics of ovarian malignancies in young women. Methods： The clinical data of 27 young women （age〈40 yeats） with ovarian malignancies were analyzed retrospectively. Results： The median age of 27 young women was 30 years （range 13-39 years） .The 5-years overall survival rate was 51.72%, the mean survival time was 71 months （range 5-119 months） . Conclusion： In these data, the young women with ovarian malignancies have comparatively preferable prognosis.
