华北自然环境条件下碳纤维片材耐久性能的试验研究

STUDY ON DURABILITY OF CFRP SHEETS UNDER THE ENVIRONMENT OF NORTH CHINA

碳纤维片材加固混凝土结构广泛应用于土木工程,关于其耐久性能的研究已得到了工程界的重视。通过对目前土木工程加固常用的几种碳纤维片材耐久性进行的试验研究,考察在华北地区自然环境条件下老化对其抗拉强度、伸长率和弹性模量等的影响。目前已完成了40个试件的试验,结果表明,随着老化时间的延长,CFRP的抗拉强度和伸长率略有降低,弹性模量基本保持不变。

Concrete structures reinforced by CFRP sheets are wideIy used in civil projects and much attention is paid to their durability. Studies and tests were done on the durability of common CFRP sheets. Influence to strength, extensibility and Young＇ s modulus of CFRP sheets was investigated in nature aging environment of north China. Forty sheets were tested and the results indicate that as the increase of time, strength and extensibility of CFRP sheets will decrease slightly and Young＇s modulus will basically remain a constant.
