摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法测定乳制品中甘氨酸质量浓度的方法。采用色谱柱为Waters氨基酸色谱柱,流动相缓冲液A和缓冲液B,流速为0.4 mL/min,激发波长338 nm,发射波长425 nm。结果表明,甘氨酸的最低检出限为0.03 mg/L,回收率为99.88%,变异系数(CV%)为0.42。
A method for determination of glycin content in dairy products by HPLC was reported. A Waters Amino acid analysis column was used with soludon A and solution B as mobile phase (0.4 mL/min) and the detector EX wave was 338 nm, the detector EM wave 425 nm. The minimum detectable value of glycin is 0.03 mg/L, coefficient of variation (CV %) is 0.42, and recovery rate is 99.88%.
